人们常说，教育是爱的事业，这种爱没有惊天动地的气魄，只有润物无声的永恒。“谁爱孩子，孩子就爱他，只有爱孩子的人，他才能教育孩子。”十几年的教育生涯，让我更深的参透了这句话的含意。我曾教过这样一个单亲家庭的孩子，在低年级时，成绩低下，特别淘气，特别爱打架，今天把张三打哭了，明天又把李四打坏了，我也曾严厉的批评过他，但是丝毫不起作用，今天改了，明天再犯。于是，我改变了教育方式，我天天利用课余时间，找他谈话，给他讲道理，给他生活上帮助，给他讲解功课，让这位学生感到“从来没有过的温暖，”尝到爱的滋味。经过一段时间的以情换心，他终于变了，变得懂事了，变得爱学习了。还有这样一个学生，思维敏捷，特别还表现自己，但上课爱搞小动作，写作业时马马虎虎，所以成绩平平，我经过观察和思考，就把班级的一些小事交给他做，做得好就在同学面前大力表扬，不好时就给予指导，并且多次当着他的面，在她母亲面前表扬他。最重要的是在一次家长会上让她的母亲介绍他进步的经验，从那次后，他改了它所有的坏毛病，成了一名优秀的学生。我的这些看似平常的关爱，赢得了学生的信赖，更赢得了家长的好评。是的，唯有爱的雨露才能催开最美的花朵；唯有爱的交流，才能搭起 师生之间心灵的彩桥。教师应用自己博大的爱去温暖每一位学生。教师只有热爱 学生、尊重学生，才能去精心地培养学生，才能更耐心地教育学生。
